Rental Policies
- Rental is billed for time out, not time used.
- Installation or removal of tents due to severe weather or other uncontrollable circumstances is at the sole discretion of Special Occasion Rentals.
- Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from time installed/delivered to time of removal. Please be sure all rental items are protected from the weather.
- Delivery rates vary depending on location.
- Holidays, Sunday, before and after business hours set-up and breakdowns will require additional costs to the renter.
- Listed prices are for standard installations, custom installations will require an adjustment to the price.
- Building and/or Fire Permits are required by most cities and towns. The customer is responsible for obtaining permits. Special Occasion will obtain permits for an additional charge.
- Linen/dinnerware must be returned free of food/damage (burn holes, wax, etc) to avoid current value replacement charge.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
